Classic Scoop Tee
Classic Scoop Tee
Classic Scoop Tee is a timeless scoop neck pullover with a modern twist that is sure to become a wardrobe staple. Try it on as you go for perfect fit and length. You may also choose short, ¾, or long sleeves…or make a short sleeve one for warm weather and a long sleeve one for winter!
The sample shown used two strands of lace weight yarn but it can be worked in a sport weight held single. The neckline finish was worked with one strand of the lace weight. There are so many yarn options!
The neckline edges and sleeves are finished in an easy double “faux I-Cord” that adds a sophisticated touch to a super comfortable top. A lace weight yarn is recommended for the ultimate sleek neckline finish but it can be worked in heavier weight with bulkier results.
Construction is top-down, totally seamless, and with high raglan sleeves that almost look like set-in sleeves but are easier to adjust for that perfect fit. Make the sleeves and body exactly the length that you want. The adjustable fit and angled hemline makes it a flattering pullover for many body types.
