Forest Park Hat

Forest Park Hat

$5.50

The rugged and textured colorwork design for this hat is inspired by Forest Park, with over 5000 acres and 80 miles of hiking trails - all within the city limits of Portland, Oregon.

The colorwork on Forest Park is worked using only one color on any given round! No floats and no hassle.

Forest Park is a great introduction to colorwork without the hassle of carrying two strands of yarn at once. The hat can be made with or without a pom pom.

The Forest Park hat is truly unisex and can be made in many yarn weights. The size will vary depending on yarn weight and gauge. Size and yarn options are included in the instructions.

Speaking of options, choose your hat brim: Double, foldover, stretchy cast on, or Tubular Cast On!

Forest Park is a great way to use up stash and leftover yarn from other projects…maybe the Forest Park Cardigan?

The pattern has been professionally tech edited and tested. Instructions are included on how to read and work the mosaic colorwork charts.
