Forbidden Cliffs Sweater
Forbidden Cliffs Sweater
Forbidden Cliffs Sweater is the perfect pullover to knit up fast for cooler weather and it’s super-comfy! The slip-stitch colorwork at the neckline is easy and uses only one color per round.
There are 3 options to choose from for the collar: cowl, double-crew, or funnel neckline. The body is slightly A-Line and there is also the option to add a bit of length to the back hemline for comfort in wearing.
Construction is top-down and in the round in a completely seamless manner. It starts with a circular yoke for easy colorwork and transitions into raglan seams for best fit (and the ability to raise your arms without exposing everything).
There is no finishing to be done at the end except for weaving in a few ends.
This design will look great in any yarn that meets gauge and has good drape. I do recommend a smooth, equal weight yarn for the contrast color and that you swatch the design to be sure your colorwork yarn plays out well with your main color.
